Gemma Williams – Commercial Manager

Gemma has been successfully working in Business Support for over 10 years, running the back-office functions and coordination for multiple Business Start-up and Growth programmes across the UK, all in partnership with Commissioners & Contractors, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Training Providers and community groups.

Gemma is very passionate about supporting Start-up Businesses and SME Growth, through working alongside teams of Business Advisers to achieve successful outcomes. Gemma thrives on organising, setting up new systems and procedures to ensure we offer the best possible service to the end user and funder. She believes there is nothing more rewarding than knowing the work our team delivers directly impacts individuals to help them overcome all kinds of life challenges in order to pursue their dream of starting and growing their own business. Gemma helps to make that a reality and finds the outcome very rewarding.

Gemma also has an exceptional eye for detail, a keen passion for Marketing and a strong background in Quality and Compliance, having developed quickly and progressing in numerous roles before joining Momentic as Commercial Manager.
