The team of Allied Health Professionals deliver a portfolio of consultancy, associate support, training and interim management options across a number of sectors. Registered with the Clinical Governing and Regulatory bodies, such as the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and supporting Continued Professional Development guided by the Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT). The team of Allied Health Professionals who can deliver a number of consultancy, associate support, training and interim management options across a number of sectors. These include but are not limited to:

  • Scoping exercises of health services/care services to care homes, PCNs, Welfare to Work providers and the third sector (charities, social enterprises etc)

ο  Implementation of recommendations including:  interim management and operational support

ο  Adhering to CQC requirements, standards and best practice

  • Developing health related operational models, quality procedures, compliance and partnerships for Welfare to Work and Health related tenders, implementation and operations
  • Provide impartial employer/employee advice on managing sickness absence at work and return to work programmes
  • Review and evaluation of an organisations current delivery model of care provision and skills mix
  • Conducting studies of organisational whole staff approach towards sustainment of person centred service delivery and risk management
  • Disabled and accessible design and implementation for major and minor adaptations of work space, care facilities and individual homes
  • Interim resource identification and management approaches
