Before starting the business, I was receiving Universal Credit. My mum and I decided to start a business together, which marked the beginning of an exciting journey into self-employment. Along the way, I found several resources incredibly useful.  I attended social media and marketing workshops, completed a workplace first aid course provided by your team, and received guidance whenever I needed support.

There’s genuinely nothing I would suggest improving, I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and helpful team. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience. Annalise, in particular, has been incredibly supportive and always ready to offer advice when I was unsure about something. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering starting a business or becoming self-employed.
