Business Support Training and Content Specialist

The Business Support Training and Content Specialist will use their own business enterprise knowledge and collaborate closely with subject matter experts to develop dynamic learning and information solutions that equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in the competitive business landscape. This will include but is not limited to workshop content, handouts, and blogs, and may develop in the future to working with specialists on videos and podcasts. The successful individual will develop and implement their own content development schedule, adapting and reprioritising based on contractual requirements, and ensuring all content is up to date, quality checked, and peer reviewed prior to implementation.
As the lead in-house workshop deliverer, the Business Support Training and Content Specialist will be instrumental in delivering high-impact, interactive workshops and training sessions designed to equip customers with practical skills and actionable strategies for launching and growing their businesses. Leveraging your expertise in business development and self-employment, you will inspire and educate participants through engaging virtual presentations, hands-on activities, and real-world case studies. You will also coordinate a wider workshop delivery plan for other team members and associate deliverers.
Reporting into the Central Support & Projects Manager, you will also take on a small caseload of trading customers, offering regular remote business support to ensure they sustain their self-employment, and that we are able to claim the outcome payment associated with this within our contracts. This will involve offering regular phone call contact with customers, capturing key trading evidence and working to strict timelines regarding paperwork completion. This experience will inform future resource development and training delivery.
