Frank has been successfully working to support business Start-up and Growth programmes across Greater Manchester in partnership with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Prime Contractors and community groups for over 15 years.

Frank spent 30 years in corporate and end user IT sales running business units for major IT manufacturers, developing personal computing solutions for end user sales and developing his skills in team and contract management, relationship building and performance management.  Frank has a long history of starting and growing his own businesses and these experiences have left him with a deep understanding of and empathy for Business owners.

Over the last 15 years Frank has worked successfully to deliver a range of DWP, ESF and ERDF funded contracts along with sector specific programmes on behalf of councils and community bodies, all aimed at enhancing business skills and starting and growing businesses across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
