Donna has over 15 years’ experience working with data, data analytics, systems and processes. Since 2000 she has been supporting sole traders and SMEs by developing tools to improve their analysis and performance in multiple areas including finance and HR.

Donna has worked across many industries helping implement systems to enable effective business management and more efficient working practices. She is a strong advocate of data systems that give valuable business insights while ensuring people aren’t taken away from their primary function. While developing processes Donna is mindful of the needs and wants of the end user and that the successful outcomes of the customer are always kept at the heart of it all.
