Lisa has over 20 years experience in delivering, designing and managing government funded provision across the U.K. She has a passion for enabling individuals to realise their full potential and her work across Enterprise, Adult Education, Employability and Youth has enabled her to see, first hand, the difference that the right support at the right time can make.

She has led numerous programmes funded by DWP, ESFA, ESF, ERDF and DFE and has delivered many successful pilot initiatives, with those in recent years focussing on supporting business start-up and growth.

For 15 years she was part of her family business and that equipped her with a strong understanding of the world of small business and also a focus on supporting the self employed to sustain and grow their enterprises.
