Becky is a highly capable Senior Project Management and Operational Leader with 10+ years’ experience, proficient in leading large-scale major projects and programmes within complex environments. Becky has a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering outstanding results.

Before joining Momentic she worked for a prime provider, mobilising multiple contracts and project managing large teams on complex projects, such as:- set up of new offices, large scale recruitment campaigns, complete contract and IT set up for all procedures and processes, leading complex multiple region high value bids, managing the team, ensuring all workstreams deliver on time.

Her career started in retail, in various buying, project and store management roles for Tesco. This sparked an all-round interest in how businesses are set up to run effectively, to know leading the central team at Momentic. She is passionate about her team and the Momentic mission and how everyone goes over and above to support clients.
